Sub-Parts N to P: Returns, Complaints and Records

Returns must be quarantined until reviewed by Quality Control. Complaints must be reviewed by Quality Control to determine possible failure of a dietary supplement to meet any of its specifications. Records must be kept for 1 year past the shelf life date, or 2 years beyond the date of distribution of the last batch.
